VIATHIL from 60’s has been producing automatic doors for buses.

At 70's has been starting the production of her own designing pneumatic outward opening mechanism for the coach-bus. This mechanism together with VIATHIL electro pneumatic valve worked very successful for 20 years in hundreds of buses.

At 80’s VIATHIL had produced automatic doors for the Athens and Thessaloniki city-buses.

At 90s has been starting produce an electrical outward opening mechanism for the coach-bus. Also has changed the production of the pneumatic outward opening mechanism for the coach-bus. Has been starting produce door system for trolley-bus at high electric isolation standard. Also has been starting produce pneumatic mechanism for opening the luggage compartment of the coach-bus

At 2003 became an EN ISO 9001/2000 certified company.

The new millennium was for Greece preparation years for 2004 Athens Olympic games.

VIATHIL was the main supplier of the door system for the city-buses and trolley-buses of Athens.
